Our Service and Booking Conditions

Founded in 1999, our services are to assist golfers, groups and companies to arrange their golf holidays, tee times and anything else required during their stay.

Typically our clients range from the couple taking a break at a quality golf hotel, groups seeking an appropriate itinerary or businesses organising corporate golf

We are based in Mallorca and are able to offer the most comprehensive golf booking service available on the island.

The service is provided on a request basis and our knowledgeable staff will organise the best available and most appropriate golf for you. Upon receipt of your enquiry. We shall immediately send you an acknowledgement and endeavour to come back to you within 24-48 hours with:
(a) The probable availability of your request together with alternative suggestions if appropriate.
(b) A quotation if a 'golf-only' request, or a 'guide-price' if other services such as car-hire or accommodation are required.

When booking an advertised holiday including four rounds of golf we will endeavour to book one game at each of the courses in the region but the final choice is subject to availability and at our discretion. Depending on your particular enquiry, location, number of rounds and season it can take anywhere from just a few hours to 2/3 days and occasionally longer to finalise your itinerary. However the earlier you send us your enquiry the more chance of it being fulfilled to your complete satisfaction. Should it be that your exact requirements are not available then it will be our task to obtain for you the best possible fit.

Payment becomes due when you agree the final itinerary. The price is quoted in Euros and is fully inclusive. Usually payment is by card, Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta and EEC are all acceptable, however settlement by cheque or bank transfer can also be arranged.

What we ask of you...
Your full details will really help us to help you. Tell us as much as possible about your proposed trip, the more you tell us the better we are able to help.

The handicaps of all the golfers in your party are important, especially as some of the clubs will not allocate times without handicap information. If your enquiry is on behalf of a group, golf society or company, please ensure that all of your party is fully committed to the trip before we go ahead and make the arrangements. To avoid any possible confusion please nominate just one member of your party to liase with us. If another member of your party is to contact us please ask them to make it clear that it is your enquiry that is being discussed.

We are always pleased to receive your comments and feedback about our service and the golf that we have arranged for you. If you are happy tell your friends, should you encounter any problems then please let us know.

The Small Print
Mallorca Golf Connection acts as agent for the clubs and other companies with whom the reservations are made. In the event of an amendment or cancellation of all or part of the booking the terms and conditions applicable to each individual club or company will be applied. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
